Tim's Experience I chose Carol as a Property Manager because of recommendations from friends, and also because she has a very good reputation with the Better Business Bureau. I had tenants that were not paying rent, were damaging my property, and I was unable get anywhere with them. Carol handled everything from eviction, to property cleanup, to finding me good stable renters who take pride in their home.
